As of December 22, 2025, 13 counties encompass the County Probation Officer (CPO) delivery system. These counties are 8 separate community supervision agencies known collectively as the Minnesota Association of County Probation Officers. MACPO Platform:

  1. Uphold the positive working relationship with the other correctional delivery systems (MACCAC and DOC) in Minnesota.
  2. Provide quality and cost effective training for MACPO membership on evidence based practices and cultural diversity impacting the criminal justice system.
  3. Maintain and support all existing CPO counties operating under Minnesota Statute 244.19.
