Communication Committee

The Communication Committee is responsible for coordinating all of the communication functions of MAPCO. The Committee meets as needed. Activities of the Committee include developing, publishing, and distributing the MACPOST newsletter four times per year. The Committee is also responsible for developing and maintaining the MACPO website.

Communication Committee Goals

• Publish 4 issues of the electronic MACPOST per year.

• Create new features in MACPOST.

• Utilize the MACPO website as an educational source and a resource for vendor information.

• Maintain the MACPO website with current and new features as requested by the Executive Board.

• Provide leadership to the MACPO website and continue to enhance effective utilization of technology.

• Communicate to local papers about MACPO award recipients and election results.

Anne Riley 7/12/1954 - 5/18/2011 Anne spent several years of committing time and talent to the MACPO Communications Committee, and creating the MACPOST, as well as her many years of service to Chisago County. Anne will be remembered for her dedication and committment to her job and our association.
